About Shruti Marjara Kushwaha
Founder and clinical nutritionist behind NutriMantra.
Shruti Marjara Kushwaha is a clinical nutritionist with over 20 years of experience in nutrition research and practice. She began her career as a Research Associate and went on to work with leading organisations including AIIMS, Nutrihealth Systems, VLCC, and HealthKart, building deep expertise in medical nutrition therapy and lifestyle management.
Her years in research instilled a strong commitment to evidence-based practice and staying current with developments in the nutrition field. After the birth of her daughter, Shruti founded NutriMantra to channel this passion into something more personal — helping individuals manage their health through practical, sustainable nutrition guidance.
Today, through NutriMantra, she provides one-on-one nutritional counselling, writes on health and nutrition topics, and hosts the NutriMantra podcast — simplifying complex nutrition concepts, debunking myths, and offering actionable advice to listeners every week.
